I am currently teaching Vinyasa Flow style yoga and Kids Yoga for the local community of Motueka/Tasman.
I wanted to bring the fun and interactive aspect of Kids Yoga to adults, and so i have created a fun group yoga workshop where we can connect and work together through touch, breath and movement.
