Great Workshops
Join some of the world’s most inspirational presenters at a wide range of workshops covering permaculture, organic food production, foraging, nutrition, cooking, food security, shamanic healing, sustainable business development, renewable energy, meditation, chanting, yoga, dance, sound healing and more.
Our workshops are designed to stimulate, challenge, engage and entertain. Our entertaining and experienced workshop presenters come from all over New Zealand and overseas. They specialize in a range of areas. Remember to arrive early as workshop spaces are limited and on a first in first served basis.
This year the workshops will all be two hours long so that you can delve deeper into each session.
Amazing Entertainment
It wouldn't be a festival without lots of song and dance! Evolve Festival features a range of high caliber live music acts, performers and entertainers throughout the weekend including indigenous/ tribal beats, world music, folk, conscious/ ecstatic dance music, uplifting electronic, alt country, circus performers, aerial artists and comedy acts.
Our headline acts in the past have included Global Sacred Bass performer My Baby, Deya Dova, Ganga Giri, Formidable Vegetable Sound system and acoustic/dub/reggae band Bob Hillary and the Massive Mellow.
Complementary Health
Evolve is supported by a range of health practitioners who will be at the festival to share with you products and services to support different aspects of your health and wellbeing, including bodywork, massage, energy healing, meditation, chanting, yoga, dance, sound healing, aromatherapy and essential oils, thermal imaging, psychic readings.
As well, there will be natural body products, Fair Trade and ethnic clothing and other earth-friendly products for sale. We're also inviting enviro-friendly, sustainable business development or renewable energy services to exhibit.
