Jane Evans

Jane is author of NZ’s first book on unschooling – Natural Learning – The Unschooling Life. A trained primary teacher, Jane went on to raise her children out of school and inspired by Playcentre they became unschoolers, practicing completely child-led, life learning. Now her children are grown, her advocacy for self directed, natural learning is strong and her perspective from her own journey can serve as a comfort and inspiration for those starting out, having doubts or wanting to let go of some control to live a life of fun and freedom with their kids.
