Yo! I am Emma-Present. I believe in truth, kindness and human potential and I believe that presence can lead us to each. I have been studying and sharing yoga and meditation practices all over the world for the last decade. I recently founded a community yoga shala in Takaka, Golden Bay, NZ and am training teachers to spread more yoga love into the world. I am a straight talking, London raised, 2nd generation Jamaican, I am a Mother and I am passionate about Natural Living. I look forward to finding a little presence with you.
