Leading a movement of earth-shaking wellness-seekers, Alison is Executive Director for Body Enlightenment (be.) in New Zealand and Australia. Guiding women through empowered personal coaching, online programs, live workshops, and retreats on lifestyle design, communication and healthy, purposeful living, Alison’s mission is to help create a world where women are healthy, strong, decisive, and on a mission chasing their dreams instead of a size 6 skirt.
