Refund Policy: Full refund minus $100 admin' fee if unable to attend and we are notified before 30 Nov 2024.
Between 1 Dec & 31 Dec 50% refund or a full credit towards the next event (minus $100 admin' fee).
From 1 January or for those who don't come to the event, no refund of fee, unless recognised exceptional circumstances.

Natural Disaster: If there is a natural disaster of such magnitude that the event has to be cancelled, creditors will be paid first and then any further funds, if available, will be distributed evenly to exhibitors to compensate.

Evolve Directors reserve the right to cancel your stall application at anytime up to and including during the Festival if we believe your behavior, conduct or product / service to be inappropriate or is a health and safety issue. Using the refund policy stated above.
